1. Using VocabCount
You may use VocabCount for personal, lawful vocabulary learning. You must not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected systems, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Information you provide must be accurate. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
3. Learning content
Vocabulary definitions, translations, examples, and learning suggestions are provided for general educational purposes. They may contain errors and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
4. Availability and changes
Features may change as VocabCount develops. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Closed-testing features may be revised or removed.
5. Intellectual property
VocabCount’s software, brand, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant no right to copy, resell, or distribute them except where law permits.
6. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, or legal requirements.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VocabCount is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
