Delete your VocabCount account

You can request permanent deletion in the app or by email. We will verify the request before removing account data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open VocabCount and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile, then choose Delete account.
  3. Review the information and confirm your request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address linked to your account. Include the words “account deletion” and the email address used for VocabCount.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete your VocabCount account profile and associated synced learning data, including saved vocabulary, progress, preferences, and usage history.

Timing and exceptions

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Information may be retained only where required by law, needed to resolve security or fraud issues, or already anonymised so it can no longer identify you. Local app data can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
